The way Raising Youth Resilience will work is, we will create systemic approach to leadership and mentoring to further assist in the development of youth. Our idea of thought is creating sustainable cycles of peer lead cohorts, lead by their peers who are engaged with their groups through school, graduation and back into the organization as working professional supporting and leading a cohort of their own. For example, I will lead male youth working through their senior year of college and the cohort would work down including high school senior, 8th grade student and 5th grade student. Ideally within a year or two each group member would move up and phase back into the organization within new role. I would return as doctoral student leading group member in their final year of graduate school and working down as explain in the group earlier.
